An organic farm nestled in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains, specializing in the production of farmhouse beer brewed from grains grown directly on-site. In addition to the brewery, the business includes a cider house producing organic cider from Mela Rosa dei Monti Sibillini apples (Slow Food Presidium) apples, and an “acetaia” – vinegar works – that transforms the same apples into organic vinegar of the highest quality.

The brewery offers tastings, guided tours, a spacious beer garden ideal for private and public events. It also provides direct sales with online reservation options, along with numerous hospitality services, such as free Wi-Fi, fully equipped RV area, disabled access, pet-friendly environment.
